Would buy them again, the bedsheets are so soft and feel great when you’re looking for comfort. We have two deep double mattresses and no one sells bedsheets to fit them. Luckily we found them here with plenty of room to spare. No damage to the items at all; no small tears or pulls, finished beautifully.

My order seemed to take a long time to reach me. When I enquired, I was informed that the courier had managed to lose the item. The employee (or Manager?) who gave me this bit of news was very polite, courteous and apologetic. I was offered a "gift" as compensation, which I found fair. However, when said gift arrived, it did so with surcharge of £3.50 because the sender failed to put adequate postage! So my "Gift" cost me £3.50! On top of that, it turned out to be a king size fitted sheet which, being made of nylon or equally cheap looking material, is no good to me as I am highly allergic to synthetic material. So, all in all, though I cannot fault the staff on their impeccable manners, I am totally dissatisfied with the results of my dealings with Imperial Rooms and will, therefore, not purchase from them again. Sorry, but I have to be honest.

Great fabric, washes up well, I was a bit sceptical at first as they were quite stiff but, when washed and dried they softened up a treat, very good value for the money, especially at the fabulous 40cm depth, others I have looked at are so much dearer.
